Some songs were self-recorded, others with the assistance of a friend (Ross Benson). Blair says: "I'm a one gal band. I play the guitar and vocal chords. All these songs are written by me and by the encouragement of a few special friends. Recently I've learned how to make my ears bleed and how not to play the viola."
